LLS are a firm of solicitors who specialise in statutory lease extensions.  We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Homehold, who are a valuation and project management company which assist leaseholders with their statutory lease extension or freehold purchase claims.

Together with Homehold, we offer an end-to-end enfranchisement service; we do everything from reviewing the title, valuing the property, serving notice, negotiating the premium and completing the conveyancing work, and registering the new lease.

Role 1: Leasehold Enfranchisement Associate: if you been working in a law firm and managing your own caseload of lease extensions for at least two years, this role could be for you! Please download the job description.

Role 1: Leasehold Enfranchisement Paralegal: If you don’t meet the criteria for the above role, but you have got at least a year of recent experience working in an enfranchisement department in a support capacity then perhaps this would be a good fit. Please download the job description.
